Chipotle in Nashvegas!

I couldn't be more thrilled...Nashville got a Chipotle off West End and one in Green Hills! If any of you have not experienced this phenomenon please get down there for some spectacular guac and barbacoa!! This stuff blows Moe's out of the water. Sorry just had to share my passion!

All Is Well

It's been way too long since I have written! It's been a BIG holiday season for the Hoehn family to say the least. Trammel married Savannah on the 12th of this month in Chattanooga, TN. It was an absolutely gorgeous ceremony and reception, not to mention the Rehearsal Dinner my parents put on was very special at Chattanooga Country Club. Everything was lit up for Christmas, and Trammel's friends were such a special part of everything. He is so blessed with all of these friends that he has...some dating back all the way to Kindergarten. I hope that still happens to kids today. How special it is to have people in your life for such a long period of time that TRULY know you! My Mother has been absolutely amazing with the wedding and Christmas...she amazes me everyday with her positive attitude and ever willingness to help others! I wish I was more like the woman!

Living at home has been quite and adjustment, however my parents have been extremely supportive and patient through my transition. Currently I am working part-time at my favorite bakery since I was a child down the street, Puffy Muffin. I'm still patiently awaiting my career path job, but obviously with the economy it isn't the ideal time to be looking. I have to trust that God's time is perfect, and when making the decision to move back HE was there so I must now be patient and trust. He has humbled me in the last 6 months more than I ever thought possible. I'm SO thankful! It scares me to think about how far I was going in the other direction. He has taught me to appreciate the small things more than I ever thought I would. Even though life has been very difficult these last months I know he is doing something with it...He is molding me into who He wants me to become. I pray that I will make good decisions from here on out, even if that means my life isn't what I have expected it to be.

Christmas was wonderful being at home with family again! Mom, Dad, and I went to the Brentwood Baptist Christmas Eve service. I was sure that Mom was a little sad considering Trammel wasn't with us this year, but she was quick to remind me she had no children here last year as Tram was in Cleavland and I was in San Diego. The church was packed, the music was incredible, and the message was great, but what struck me at the end was the song "ALL IS WELL"...and is so true! God is good! Thank you for your son, Father and for your unconditional love that I in NO way deserve!

Nashville At It's Finest

I cannot believe this much time has passed and I still have yet to write you! I'm so very thankful to be home! Although my life path is not what I would have thought being home, I am still thankful to be home closer to friends and family. I have been blessed to take care of my ill Great Aunt for a few months, go get facials with my adorable Mimi once a month, and have dinner with my wonderful parents almost every night! What could be better? Sometimes the Lord's blessings do not come in the packages that you expect!

Leaving on a Jet Plane

The new journey begins next week. I'm moving back to my hometown of Nashville, TN. I've been living in San Diego, CA pretty much ever since I graduated from Ole Miss (over 5 years now). It's been the best decision I have ever made to move out here, but now I am ready to embark in a different direction. I'm so ready to be close to my family and friends back there! Most of all, I am excited to spend time with my precious Grandmother, Mimi. I'm also eagerly awaiting my best friend, Allie Scott's wedding in June, and all of the festivities beforehand, and my little brother, Trammel's wedding in December. California is definitely going to be missed terribly, but I know that God has a plan for me in Nashville...Please pray for me on my journey!

Trammel came out with a handful of his Nashville buddies 2 weeks ago for my going away party. He drove my car from here back home - what a nice brother! All I have to do now is pack all of my things to be shipped (which is awful), and fly out next week! I cannot believe it's already here! I'm so thankful for the wonderful people I am blessed with in my life!!
